This initiative encompassed the modernization of the Camp’s power infrastructure, shifting from reliance on fossil fuels to integration with the local power distribution system. The upgraded system includes overhead and underground power mains, transformer stations, automated systems, backup generators, and a connection to the new build electrical substation, along with initial interim operation and maintenance.
